Tony B. was fantastic to work with on a roofing/insulation project that was challenging. Tony stuck with our condo association from the beginning bid in the summer of 2017 to finally being able to complete the project in March 2018. SMA Exteriors provided an excellent crew who got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

UPDATE: I just remembered my salesperson was Nick Benjamin (read some other reviews). Like I stated below, he was absolutely a "no-pressure" salesperson and, ironically, that was a huge reason that I ended up going with SMA.

So I normally don't write reviews.. But after spending $20,000 and being extremely satisfied, I figured SMA deserved one.

I was looking for a full siding job right after a big storm rolled through. This was a huge headache because I actually did not have any damage and was paying for the siding out of my own pocket. I talked to 6-7 contractors - only three were willing to give me quotes because it was not storm damage. The SMA "salesperson" did not act like a salesperson - he just came and had a conversation. I felt like he was being honest about the various options. I had bad experiences with the other two quotes I received because the sales people seemed very "pushy".

I decided to go with SMA for two reasons. First, I liked their salesperson and trusted him. Second, it was the lowest price I got, but about $5,000. The only frustrating thing during the entire process was the wait for installation. I believe I waited about three months. I do not blame SMA for this because, like I previously stated, a storm rolled through and all contractors were very busy.

The installation process was stress free. I believe the company utilizes permanent sub-contractors. I figured I would get a whole crew to install the siding. I got three guys.. but, they worked their butts off! My entire house was resided in vinyl, in three days which I thought was awesome. The employees were careful not to block my driveway and were very professional. I thought the siding looked awesome! At the end, I decided that I wanted a couple different things changed and they made these changes without any discussion.

I also had gutters installed. This was a separate crew of three guys who looked like they were 18. They put the gutters up in about three hours which left me stunned. Once again, I had some changes in the gutter system that I wanted made and they made the changes without any questions.

Honestly, I don't think I could have been more satisfied with the experience (aside from time frame). I would absolutely recommend this company to any friends or family if they were looking for vinyl siding. I can't comment on any other types of siding.
